We provide our website (lookforward.com.au) services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read these Terms carefully as they outline your agreement with Information Resource Development Pty Ltd ("IRD Group" "we" or "us"). By your continuing to use the Site, you are deemed to accept these Terms.

Look Forward is committed to protecting your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use and disclose personal information here.


All property, right and title in and to any copyright or other intellectual property rights in the material on the site and the regular email is the exclusive property of IRD Group.

All material included on this Site, such as but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of IRD Group or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws.

If you provide any materials which IRD Group uses on the site you grant IRD Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free licence of those rights until such material is removed from the Site.

Trade Marks

No Look Forward logo, registered or unregistered may be used without the prior written permission of IRD Group.

All other trademarks not owned by IRD Group that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by IRD Group.


IRD Group offers Look Forward subscribers access to content and information 'premium content pages' which are unavailable to non subscribers with the exception of the free trial period, the length of which is determined by IRD Group.

As a subscriber you agree;

  • to purchase the the right to access the Site or Look Forward emails from any computer for the duration of your subscription.

  • that you are responsible for the protecting the confidentiality of your username and password or any user ID that may be given to you.
  • not to share your username, password or user ID with anyone else or allow to be used by another party through any act or omission.

  • that your subscription is for your own use only and you will not allow third parties to have access to the Site or emails

  • The subscription rate and fees for Look Forward is subject to change at anytime.
  • that payment be made within 14 days of access to the site commencing and that access is contingent upon the full payment received within this period.


Our fees are charged on an annual basis and are subject to change at anytime.

Currently our fees are;

Events Directory annual subscription $1200.00 (plus GST)

Events Directory - Plus PR and Spokesperson Directory annual subscription $1800.00 (plus GST)

All transactions are processed in Australian dollars (AUD). Fees can be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express) or if the subscriber is a company an invoice may be issued.

User Access

The subscription fee allows for 1 user only to access the Site.

Submitting text for publication on Look Forward

Users of the site may submit information via the 'Add an Event' button. Whilst we endeavour to edit this material for brevity and clarity we accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.

Submitting graphical material and photography for publication on Look Forward.

When you send us any material including but not limited to graphical material and photographs ("Photographs(s)") you agree;

  • that you have taken the Photograph(s) you have permission from the authorised owner of the Photograph(s) to send it (them) to us;

  • to grant us a non-exclusive, royalty free licence to publish or otherwise use the Photograph(s) you have supplied in any way on the site at any time we wish;

  • to identify us from any action that may be taken by the owner of the Photograph(s) as the result of the publication of a Photograph(s) supplied by you to us;

  • that the Photograph(s) will be published, or otherwise used, entirely at the discretion of IRD Group and you will not be paid, even if your Photograph(s) is (are) published.

  • that we may cut, edit, crop or arrange your Photograph(s) as we think fit to appear on the Site and we may remove your Photograph(s) at any time.

Warranties and liability

IRD Group warrants that the material on the website is provided using reasonable care and skill. There are no other expressed or implied warranty.

IRD Group's directors, employees, content providers, agents and affiliates exclude, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any warranty, express or implied, including, without limitation any implied warranties of merchantability, satisfactory quality or fitness for a particular purpose.

IRD Group will not be liable for any damages arising out of the use of the Look Forward Site or its content, or the unavailability of the same including but not limited to lost profits and direct, indirect, incidental, punitive and consequential damage.

This includes any loss or damage that you might suffer as a result of the following:

  • Reliance on the completeness, accuracy, suitability of the Site or email, including third party material and advertisements on the email or the Site, irrespective of any verifying measures taken by us.
  • Reliance that the site, its servers or emails sent from Look Forward are free of viruses or other harmful components.

  • The provision of credit card or other financial information, the failure to complete (or delay in completing) any transaction or loss or damage arising from any e-commerce transacted or attempted to be transacted on the Site.


IRD Group aims to provide accurate information at all times. Our policy is to immediately correct any mistake as soon as it is brought to our attention.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
